The Class BBQ time, place and date have been comfirmed.

Time: Around 3pm++

BUT, we have yet to buy the bbq food items. Please give suggestions on what food you guys pefer to have during the bbq. Also, you guys have to pay $7.50 for the whole bbq event.

So... can you guys come down to dover to make a payment:

ok, it may sound abit waste of time but then we dont have enough money to pay for the food. On that payment day, you can suggest what activity to have during the bbq event.
